SLU has a support service that assists staff with issues relating to the management of research and environmental assessment data.

What is data management?
The concept of data management includes how to organise data, how to store data and how to best publish and share data. Good data management is a prerequisite for transparent, efficient and reproducible research and environmental monitoring and assessment.
SLU's data management support service
To provide support on all aspects of data management, several divisions and units within the University administration collaborate to deliver a joint support function for research and environmental monitoring and assessment data. The support function includes, among others, data management specialists, IT experts, archivists, legal advisers, research advisers, information security specialists, and librarians.
The units involved in the collaboration are listed in at the bottom of this page.

Do you have questions about data management? Email us and we'll make sure the right person helps you. You can also use our online form to book data consultation. We offer personalised guidance and consultation, both for individuals and groups, either online or on-site.
