New routines for signing agreements and FKK

Published: 25 September 2025

During the spring, SLU Aqua’s administrative support has started to implement changes in the routines for signing documents (agreements and FKK). The change means that heads of division will sign certain documents instead of the head of department. This is the first step in simplifying the administrative process.

Who signs what?

Heads of division: FKK (an hour-based budget template for projects) without co-financing, and supplier agreements within approved and granted projects.

Head of department: all other FKKs and agreements, just as before.

What does this change mean for you as a project leader?

For you as a project leader, the application process remains the same. The only change is that when your FKK without co-financing has been approved by the head of division, you will instead receive a confirmation by email from Public 360 (the registry). When it is time to sign a supplier agreement, you should follow our instructions regarding supplier agreements available on SLU Aqua's internal web (in Swedish only).
