Apply for SLU Urban Futures seed funding

Urban Futures now invites you as a researcher to apply for seed funding, as support for writing inter- and transdisciplinary texts within the thematic framework of Urbanscapes, such as health-, forest-, food-, energy- and waterscapes. The funding is intended to support writing processes that will lead to a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary publication and in the long term strengthen the urban discourse at SLU.
This seed funding call is offered to support researchers in publishing inter- and/or transdisciplinary work. The call finances a writing process coined at publishing a scientific paper with interdisciplinary focus engaging in the thematic field of urbanscapes; such as health-, forest-, food-, energy-, and waterscapes. By this, Urban Futures aims to strengthen the urban discourse at SLU and to contribute to contemporary landscape oriented urban research. We hope the call will result in new research questions and reinforce already existing interdisciplinary knowledge. The writing process must result in a paper that is submitted to an interdisciplinary peer reviewed journal.
