The management team at SLU Aqua has decided that we will resume our reconciliation of flex, comp and schablon. We are doing this because we will eventually get a new agreement and then we need to be in balance so that we do not mix two agreements. Here you can read more about the new guidelines,
The following agreement date has been decided
- Flex reconciliation: max 50 hours on December 31, 2024.
- Schablon reconciliation: max 50 hours on December 31, 2024 (all schablon over 50 hours are paid out in money).
- Reconciliation of comp (overtime, additional time): 0 hours on December 31, 2024. All remaining comp is paid out in cash. We follow “Villkorsavtalet”, which means that if you save comp in time, you should be able to withdraw it within the next month. Always check with your manager before saving overtime in time.
Consider the following
- Make a plan with your manager about the use of time. Especially if your flextime is high. Try to withdraw/use flex in the first instance. Comp and schablon can always be paid out in money.
- Plan leave/vacation if you know that you are going on a trip that generates a lot of flextime so that you do not risk ending up with over 50 hours flextime on December 31, 2024
- Make sure that the vacation days can be taken/used up during the year before you save/take out comp and schablon in terms of working time.
- In order to be able to save comp in terms of working time, you have to use the comp within the next month (unless you have agreed on something else with your manager). Always check with your manager before saving overtime in terms of working time.
