Primula and BeSched out of operation

Our system provider, TietoEvry, has been subjected to a ransomware attack, making it impossible to log in to Primula or BeSched.

All functions in Primula are out of operation, such as the ability to view pay slips, submit a sick report or apply for vacation. Salaries for January will be paid out as usual on January 25. 

Currently, we do not know when the problem will be solved, but TietoEvry has taken immediate measures to investigate, mitigate, and efficiently restore the situation. 

At SLU continuity planning is underway in case the systems will be inaccessible for an extended period. We maintain ongoing dialogue with TietoEvry to obtain accurate information about the situation.
