Alnarp and Uppsala print units join forces, new name Layout and Print Services

The graphic industry is one of the sectors most heavily influenced by society’s increasing digitalisation. This has led to a gradual decrease in demand for print services at SLU, and there is a need to streamline services.
As of 1 July 2021, the SLU print units in Alnarp and Uppsala will become one organisational unit called Layout and Print Services.
The service offering will not be affected, but increased cooperation between the two campuses and adapting the printing function will lead to more efficient ways of working.
The new unit will support divisions and departments with printed matter and basic desktop publishing work. Please contact us to discuss anything from a first idea to the finished product. We offer advice and can help with requesting quotes. Send your question or order as far in advance as possible to grafiskservice@slu.se.
At Ultuna, the unit will move to premises better suited to their activities in Ulls hus during June. The Alnarp unit will move to Alnarpsgården.
