Problems with e-mail getting stuck in spam filters

It has previously been discovered that e-mails from SLU senders end up in the recipient's spam filters. The IT Department is working to find the cause of the problem.

There is no way to see if your e-mail has reached the recipient’s inbox or not. If your message is very important, you need to make sure that your mail has reached the recipient. You can also ask the recipient to approve you so that your e-mails are never blocked.

The IT Department at SLU is working together with other authorities and Microsoft to find a solution to this.

Contact the recipient if you suspect that your e-mail not reached him or her. Ask the recipient to right-click on your e-mail in the spam folder and select: [Never block the sender]. (Applies to Outlook.)
