The minutes from decision-making bodies at SLU such as the SLU Board, the vice-chancellor's decision meetings and the faculty boards have, up till now, been available on a page on the staff web. This was a major step in digitisation when the page was set up more than 20 years ago, but today minutes are also available in Public 360, the SLU case and records management system.
All employees at SLU can search and read documents in Public 360, which is why the Minutes page (accessible from the Tools menu) will no longer be updated as of January 2021. All minutes already uploaded to this page will remain on the page as a reference library. Most minutes are in Swedish.
New minutes and decisions will only be available in Public 360. There is a film clip explaining how to search for minutes in Public 360 (English subtitles).
To open files in Public 360, you currently need to use Internet Explorer as your browser, and you cannot use Microsoft Edge as the default app for opening PDF files, you need to use Adobe Acrobat or another PDF reader. An upgrade to Public 360 is planned for summer 2021, which will allow the use of other browsers.
