Recruitment of a new deputy vice-chancellor to begin shortly

During its December meeting, SLU's Board will decide on a schedule for the recruitment process. However, before then, the faculties, Sluss and the staff organisations will receive a request to appoint members to the recruitment committee.

The deputy vice-chancellor is the deputy head of authority, and is appointed by the SLU Board.

Deputy Vice-Chancellor Karin Holmgren comments:

”Being deputy vice-chancellor is an extremely stimulating job, and I hope that many will show interest in this role. The post’s current responsibilities mean I have focused a lot on our undergraduate education, and I am very proud of what we have achieved together here at SLU. I now have just over a year left as deputy vice-chancellor, and I will spend that time putting all my efforts into continuing this development.”
