Direction document for SLU programmes and courses

The Board of Education (UN) is currently working on a strategic direction document for education, with the purpose of clarifying the strategy and overall principles for programmes and courses at SLU. The faculty boards are invited to submit comments no later than 10 August. The NJ faculty board has appointed Katarina Elofsson and Jon Petter Gustafsson to draft an opinion on the UN proposal, together with representatives from the programme board for education in natural resources and agriculture and a student representative.

The faculty board supports the UN proposal to make no changes to the courses and programmes offered for the academic year 2017/18. After the UN meeting on 7 September, a final proposal will be presented to the Board for decision.
