Valeria Carini

I am interested in biodiversity and ecosystem functions in cropping systems and their contributions to crop production. For my PhD I am collaborating with a PhD in economics, with a transdisciplinary approach to agroecosystems. My expertise is mostly focused on arthropods and arable plants, but I have a broader background as Natural Scientist.

I hold a MSc in Environmental Biology from Turin University, where I looked at the effects of elevational gradients on carabid beetles niche breadth.
