Presentation

I am primarily involved in the project “Nutritious, tasty and health promoting novel wheat products". In the project, we are investigating nutritional, sensory and physiological characteristics of wheat and the genetics behind the characteristics to be able to provide plant breeders with valuable information. The project will also result in the presentation of tasty and health promoting new wheat products.

Previously in my research I have been involved in projects concerning plant and microbe interactions related to food safety in horticultural production systems.
