Welcome to a conversation about transformative seeing for a changed world.
What can art teach us about seeing the world in new ways, and how can our perception inspire different actions? Artist Pia Sandström, Carola Wingren, Professor of Landscape Architecture, and Vera Vicenzotti, Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Design and Landscape Architecture – both of whom are based at SLU – will discuss this question, led by moderator Pernilla Glaser, Coordinator of Studium Generale. Together, we will then reflect on what shapes our perception of the world around us and what an expanded way of seeing might mean for a world for everyone.
