The Landscape Architecture Day is an event hosted by a group of second year students at SLU Alnarp. We invite lecturers and corporations from all over the field to campus Alnarp for a day in order to discuss different aspects of landscape architecture.
It is a day where all of our SLU students are able to make new connections, associations and learn new and interesting perspectives.

Theme for the day is: Landscaping in time
Time and space are inseparable.
When working with designing spaces, the aspects of time cannot be overlooked - as time goes by, change follows. Some changes are constant; today becomes tomorrow, late winter becomes early spring… And then there are those changes that we can only do our very best to predict or calculate; use of space, human relations, weather, or the outcome of our design. All of these and more are aspects that concern any landscape architect, alongside having to learn how to cope with and navigate them. This is why we are making the theme of this year “Landscaping in Time”. Let us take the time to learn!
