The Scandinavian Society of Forest Economics (SSFE) biennial meeting in 2022 will take place November 29 - December 2, 2022 in the city of Umeå in the Swedish county of Västerbotten.
We invite abstracts for papers via email ssfe2022@slu.se, more information below. Deadline: September 29, 2022.
The venue Umeå Folkets hus is located in the city centre and also house Guitars - The museum.
Conference fee incl. all meals, and in-conference field trip. The fee for participating on site is 2500 SEK (240 €).
Fee for participating online (excludes possibility of presenting) is 750 SEK (70 €) and free of charge for PhD and Master students.
Accompanied person(s) that wish to attend the conference dinner on 30th of November pay 600 SEK (60 €) per person.
Housing is pre-booked (see information below). Hotel reservations must be made by the participants.
For Master and PhD-students, we will be able to provide some financial support. If you need support please apply for a scholarship via ssfe2022@slu.se. The deadline for submission is September 29. In your application please describe your educational development and why participating in this conference will benefit your professional development. To receive a scholarship you need to present during the conference. The scholarship covers the conference fee and housing for three nights. Decision on scholarship is circulated no later than 6th of October together with acceptance of paper presentation.
The best student paper presentation will be awarded a prize.
