Pre-Departure Orientation

This meeting is for students who have been offered an exchange spot for the autumn semester 2021 or spring semester 2022. The Pre-Departure Orientation will cover practical, logistical, and cultural preparations for your exchange.  We will provide an update regarding the Covid-guidelines and considerations for exchange students.  We will also discuss more information about your next steps.

You will have the chance to ask questions directly to the Mobility Team, and you will also get to meet other students who are also going abroad.

Get to know other outgoing and incoming exchange students

An optional mingle activity will be organized by the Erasmus+ ambassadors directly after this meeting at 15:30.  You will have the chance to meet current incoming exchange students that are at SLU now  who are going home soon – make local friends even before you travel there!
