Cancelled – One Health Sweden Scientific Meeting 2020

The meeting has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

Sorry to inform you but due to the Covid-19, the Scientific meeting in April is cancelled.

Thank you for your efforts in writing abstracts etc!

We hope to have the same meeting in March 2021.

Our aim is to have a research pub preliminary 2 of June, Uppsala, theme Corona virus. Most likely a webinar. More info will follow at the One Health Sweden webpage.

The meeting is a collaboration between One Health Sweden and SLU Future Animals, Nature and Health.

Sections of the meeting

Section 1: “The positive effects of animals on human health”. Three invited speakers and panel discussion.

Section 2: “Real and experienced risks – how dangerous is the nature really?” Two invited speakers and panel discussion.

Section 3: "Under the One Health umbrella". Two international invited speakers and five shorter oral general presentations from the conference participants based upon abstracts sent in by researchers in the global One Health community.

Abstracts and posters

Please send in your abstracts consisting of maximum 250 words and inform us if you are willing to give a short presentation. There will of course also be a poster exhibition.

If you are interested in giving an oral or poster presentation send your abstract no later than 15th of March to eva.haxton@medsci.uu.se and tanja.strand@sva.se.

1000 SEK. This includes the meeting, lunch first day, coffee and a three-course dinner.
