Remote applications and desktop

Remote applications and remote desktop means that you can start an application in a server and show the content in your own computer, tablet or smartphone.
With most computers it is possible to run software on another computer but show it on the screen belonging to the local computer. At SLU we have installed several important programs as remote applications to make it possible for everyone to use them and also making it easier to access them.
Beneath you can see a list with some links. If you click on the headings you will get access to documents showing how to install and use the remote applications on a variety of computers, tablets and smartphones.
