Important future issues for the faculty and how I can contribute

I believe the following points will be important for the future faculty:

  • Build trust and confidence. Faculty leaders should act as role models, and act transparent.
  • It will be important to understand how to create a positive work environment and a sense of security for staff.
  • Develop education with a focus on student learning, ensuring a supportive learning environment and reasonable expectations.
  • Provide conditions for research collaboration and creative meetings, utilizing the full potential of the faculty and the strengths of different locations all over Sweden.
  • Ensure that equal opportunities are embedded in all activities.
