Vaccination against seasonal flu is offered to all employees at SLU and is centrally funded by SLU. Vaccination can be carried out at occupational health (which invoices SLU) from November 2, or employees can go themselves, preferably to a health center or otherwise to a vaccination clinic/similar and then submit the receipt in Primulaweb.
Please note that all regions offer free flu vaccination to pregnant women, people aged 65 and over, and other risk groups; more information is available from the Public Health Agency.
For group orders or orders through occupational health for SLU employees, contact your HR/administrator for more information. If the employee visits a health center or vaccination clinic/similar on their own, the receipt needs to be registered afterward in Primulaweb. The cost is recorded under “Health benefits” -> “Healthcare benefits fr 250201” -> “Vaccination” -> “Seasonal flu – Vaccination”.
If possible, the vaccination should be done in a way that affects workplace operations as little as possible. It can therefore be beneficial to carry out the vaccination before or after regular working hours. Other vaccinations needed for work, for example during a business trip, are paid for as before by the department or equivalent.
