Handle your invoices now

As the financial statement is due, all invoices with arrival date until 5 January must be attested no later than 8 January.

Please check your Proceedo account regularly today and tomorrow to see if you have any invoices to be handled. Do not wait for e-mail messages to tell you that you have invoices for processing.

Only invoices needing further investigation are allowed to remain unapproved, please remember to leave a comment in Proceedo with an explanation to why these invoices cannot be approved.

For orders placed in Proceedo, for goods/services that have already been delivered, delivery confirmations should be done no later than 8 January.
