The library offers a course on service design

The library invites all employees to a course where we explore new tools for evaluating and developing our services. During three online meetings, we learn the basics of service design. You will have the opportunity to research user needs and behaviours, ideate solutions and do prototype testing.

The course is given in Swedish.
