The Dare to Ask campaign for safer premises

Published: 17 December 2024

SLU works continually to create safe and secure spaces. As part of this work, SLU Security has launched the Dare to Ask campaign.

Information about the Dare to Ask campaign will be posted on some of SLU’s doors over the coming weeks. The campaign is a way of raising awareness among students and staff about the importance of making sure doors are securely locked when exiting an area, as well as encouraging people to ask unknown visitors why they want to access restricted areas.

Help keep our premises safe:

  • Make sure doors close and and are locked properly behind you.
  • Ask strangers why they want to gain access to restricted areas.

Does something feel strange?

  • Call the SLU emergency number on +46 18 67 30 40.
  • Call 112 if a crime is in progress.

Together we can create a safe campus.
