New travel agency

SLU has procured a new travel agency, meaning the university will no longer be using Egencia. Instead, business travel is to be booked through Stureplans affärsresor. The procurement was finalised during the summer and work is ongoing to the SLU and travel agency’s systems.

Training sessions for the new systems will be held throughout the autumn. Keep an eye on the staff web for dates.

Updates to the business travel pages https://internt.slu.se/en/my-employment/business-travel/ are ongoing and will include frequently asked questions about the changeover.
