Tobias Vrede

Presentation

I am a researcher at the Department of Aquatic Sciences and Assessment. My expertise includes ecology in limnic ecosystems (especially lakes), with a main focus on plankton, nutrient dynamics, ecological stoichiometry, food webs and biodiversity. The research concerns several different applied areas such as acidification, nutrient depletion (oligotrophication), eutrophication and climate change.
