Mohammad Bahram

Mohammad Bahram
I am an ecologist with a special interest in microbial biogeography, community ecology, metagenomics and biotic interactions.

Presentation

I lead a research group at SLU, currently focusing on:

  • Role of soil microbes in organic matter decomposition and nutrient cycling
  • Plant-mycorrhizal fungal interactions
  • Effects of management practices and land-use change on soil biodiversity and ecosystem functions
  • Biogeography of soil microbes

Read more about our research here.

Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in joining my group or collaborating (email: mohammad.bahram@slu.se).
