Important future issues for the faculty and how I can contribute
Ensure a good subsequent growth of competent staff to the faculty's departments. Basic requirements for different employment levels should be discussed/harmonized. Wise management of financial resources should be ensured in accordance with the society's current needs (an overview of various investments should be conducted). I am active in various discussions and believe in transparency and innovation (without sacrificing functioning structures).
Personal reflections
I have great respect for the task of representing the faculty's employees. For me, it is important that different aspects of cases are discussed and evaluated in a wise way before decision-making and that further information is obtained in cases of unclarities. The faculty committee must make wise decisions for students, employees and all departments as well as for society at large. To achieve this, attendance, commitment, openness and responsiveness are required
