What do you think of the staff website?

Published: 04 March 2026

Work on SLU’s new intranet will begin shortly, and we invite you to contribute your views. By taking part in the Staff Website Survey, you can help shape its development. Your views and experiences are valuable and will make a real difference.

The survey includes five short questions, along with the opportunity to express interest in joining a user testing group for the new intranet. It forms part of a series of baseline assessments of the current staff website. These will provide a baseline against which we can assess the new intranet after launch.

Development will begin immediately following the launch of the student website and is expected to continue throughout 2026. One of the major changes is that the new intranet will require authentication, and will offer personalised content. The requirement to login has been introduced to uphold security standards and values, and to protect information. Personalisation means that the content you see will be tailored to your organisational affiliation, place of work, and professional role.

The new intranet is being developed as part of SLU:s wider web initiative: the FALK Web Project. The intranet project is led by the Division of Communication, in close collaboration with the Division of IT. As with the external website and the student website, it is guided by our shared ambition to provide a reliable and sustainable web platform where users can easily access relevant, accurate, and up-to-date information about SLU and our activities.
