Temporary suspension of train bookings in Stureplans’ online booking system on 1 March

For urgent bookings (by phone) made on 1 March and for travel on 1 or 2 March, Stureplans Resor will cover the out-of-hours service fee. Out-of-hours requests relating to later travel dates will be charged in accordance with normal procedures.

Stureplans Resor regrets that this information is being communicated at short notice and hopes that this will not cause any major inconvenience.

The travel agency also advises that response times may be slightly longer during the coming week, as each booking may take longer to process in connection with the system update.
