Securely attach medical certificates/attachments to the Payroll Unit

Primula now offers the option to send GDPR-sensitive documents directly to the Payroll Unit in a safe and secure manner. This feature can be used by all employees, HR administrators and managers.

Documents that can be sent to the Payroll Unit:

This function is intended for payroll documents that contain sensitive personal data and therefore cannot be sent by email. These may include, for example:

Medical certificates
Pay deductions
Meal allowances
Adjustments
A-tax certificates

How does it work for you as an employee?

Go to the heading ‘Attach appendix/medical certificate’ in the menu on the left.
First select the type of form: ‘Medical certificate’ or ‘Appendix to the Payroll Unit’ in the drop-down list.
If you select ‘Attachment to the Payroll Unit’, you can specify the type of attachment, for example, salary deduction, meal allowance, adjustment or A-tax card.
There is also a note box where additional information can be entered.

Who receives the case?

Medical certificate: sent to the Payroll Unit and a copy to the manager.
Attachment to the Payroll Unit: sent only to the Payroll Unit.


Why is this important?


The purpose is to strengthen the protection of personal data and ensure that documents are handled in accordance with GDPR regulations. Using Primula for transfer reduces the risk of sensitive information being disseminated inappropriately.
