One way in to IT-support

From December 1, you can reach IT support with a single email address: support@slu.se.
At the beginning of the year, the IT department introduced a new case management system to improve service and support for employees.
Previously, you could reach IT through addresses such as IT support, telephone support and customer support. Now only one common address applies for support matters.
