PhD student - Continuous cover forestry - Forest damage - Bark beetles - Ungulates

Presentation

My research focuses on the risks of insect and ungulate damage in continuous cover forestry. In one of my studies I investigate bark beetle damage in even-aged and uneven-aged forests, as well as the occurrence of natural enemies of bark beetles. In another study I investigate forage availability for ungulates as well as potential damage done by ungulates.
