Leading collaboration

Leading collaboration is a course for staff whose duties involve leading, or preparing to lead, collaborative processes and who want to strengthen their ability to work with partners outside academia.

The course aims to build confidence in different collaborative settings and to provide a solid understanding of the principles of effective collaboration. It will be offered in Swedish in 2026, with the possibility of an English version at a later date
