Come and try raqs sharqi (also known as belly dance)! Culture@Campus invites you to join an educational, musical and upbeat lunch break!
Our guest Cecilia will guide us through a couple of basic dance moves which we will then try to put together into a short dance sequence. If we are lucky, Cecilia may perform as well!
No prior experience or pre-registration is required.
Cecilia has performed and taught raqs sharqi for many years, both in Sweden and abroad.
The event is part of Culture@Campus, which is a collaboration between the SLU University Library, the IT department and the education department. The aim is to inspire and bring joy to our campus through various cultural events.
