Webinar: SLU's work to improve the management of environmental monitoring and assessment data

How can you, as a part of SLU’s environmental monitoring and assessment, get support in your data-related work? In this webinar, we will introduce the Environmental Data Support (Swedish: Miljödatastöd) – who we are, the service we provide, and how you can make use of our support in your work.
The webinar will be held in Swedish.
We will also introduce SLU’s quality work for data management and show how it contributes to more robust and useful data management. In addition, you will get an overview of the new governance document the Environmental Data Guide, which compiles guidelines and recommendations for handling environmental monitoring and assessment data at SLU.
The webinar is primarily aimed at those involved in SLU´s environmental monitoring and assessment, who wants to strengthen their knowledge of data management and data accessibility, but the webinar is open to everyone at SLU.

The Unit for Data Management Guidance and Development (Miljödatastöd in Swedish) provides data management advice for SLU’s environmental monitoring and assessment (EMA). We assist individual EMA analysts, project groups and larger programmes with data availability, storage, metadata, and much more. We are part of the joint support function for data management in research and EMA at SLU.
