World Animal Day 2025

Theme: The controlled body - on animals, genus, masculinity and power.

Welcome to this year's World Animal Day on Wednesday, October 1! International Animal Welfare Day is celebrated in memory of Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals.

The day begins with lectures, followed by a short break with refreshments and group discussions. Finally, we will reconvene for a panel discussion based on the groups' questions and reflections.
