The administrative staff is a support for the entire department. In order for us to keep track of ongoing matters together, we would like to see that the joint e-mail address is used.
The administration has a common e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org for all types of issues. You can always submit your issue at that address and we'll sort it out within the group.
Things that should always be sent at that address are:
- Invoicing information
- Files and documents for registration (e.g. project applications, contracts, reporting)
- Requests for travel bookings and other types of orders
- Information and questions concerning guests
