Do you need to brush up your physique in order to join in jogging, squatting or going to Blodomloppet?
We continue with the Tuesday jog at Ultuna!
It's a good way to get a break from work and to get some traction in training. The set-up is made so that anyone who wants to get a little running in the legs can participate, we always start with a calm warm-up and a jog or walk back. In between, we run different variations on training where those who want to run fast can do so and those who want to take it a little slower can do so. By running back and forth or by sufficient breaks, we can constantly regroup.
We run on Tuesdays and gather at VHC's main entrance at 12.

Also a reminder that it is still possible to sign up for our teams in Blodomloppet. Worth noting is that Blodomloppet is not a competition. The fact that we are a team only means that we get to share a picnic bag and each participant chooses whether they want to walk, jog or run, with or without timing.
