Time report template

There is a time report template / flex template available now for 2021. It is useful to be able to keep track of how you distribute your time on different projects or tasks and if during periods there will be more time than it should. It also makes it easier to keep track of hours if you work part time. It is designed for office hours (administrative and technical staff) but anyone can use it as a support if they want.
