From November, we will be using Service Ull for service, washing and tire changes on our department cars.
Since Rainer has moved south to spend retired life in the sun, we are now taking help from Service Ull to take care of our cars. Johan Strandberg Andersson is the person to whom Rainer has handed over the information.
All cars now have winter tyres.

They book washing, service, tire changes, etc. themselves into our calendar. Sometimes you may be contacted to change the car so that it fits with the schedule for service or washing etc. As we do not have anyone at the institution who inspects the cars on a daily basis, it is important that each driver takes an extra check and reports any errors or problems.
Remember that you should always empty the cars of the material you packed in, pick up rubbish as usual and notify Johan Strandberg Andersson if an extra wash or service is needed.
It is important that the instructions for booking, checking, reporting errors and cleaning etc. are followed. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that students who use the cars receive a proper introduction and information about what applies, for example that booking is made according to instructions with a clear start and end time and that the telephone number of the driver is stated.
Everyone needs to get in the habit of taking a turn around the car to check that everything seems OK, for example that no damage has occurred, that there is no puncture, etc. Listen and smell if there is something that seems to deviate from the normal. All possible detected or suspected errors must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org.
