Updated policy concerning representation and gifts at HUV

There is regularly representation at the department and there is a need for clarification regarding rules and set limits.
The policy aims to clarify recurring issues. Overall regulations within SLU apply, however, the amount limits may be lower within the department. More details, including limits, can be found in the policy and guidelines for representation and gifts at SLU, SLU.ua.2012.1.0-1539.
The department set amount limits within the university's framework and clarified the regulations with examples in 2013. There has been an increase in representation issues and we have therefore seen a need to update the writing of previous policy. The head of department have now decides on an updated policy.
