Pausit – a program for your wellbeing!

Have you downloaded Pausit on your computer yet? If not, do it right away! The program is a modern and user-friendly tool for preventing problems that can arise during too much sedentary or monotonous work. You can easily download Pausit from the Software Center (located under the Windows icon at the bottom left) on your computer. Then you adapt the program to your own needs and choose when, how often, for how long and what times you want to do the exercises.

Super simple - and very good with reminders to take short breaks and movement during the day!
