Storage in freezers

From January this year (2020), debiting is introduced for the storage done in the department's - 80 freezers.
Pricing will follow the pricing used in the now closed Biobank.
Charges are made every six months based on registered use/reserved space.
Inventory of actual use is made recurring.
Storage costs consist of handling costs, depreciation, repair and service as well as local rent.
