Department days Haga 2022

This year's institution days have been completed and finally we could have the lunch-lunch!

I hope you agree with me that it was inspiring, educational and fun days that we will benefit from. We will certainly have recurring discussions and reflections about our doctoral education where supervision is a very important part. It also became clear during Ann and Henrik's presentation that it is a must to be able to prioritize between our commitments in order to have time to do what is expected of us. There we see that the individual annual wheel becomes a useful tool. We will continue with the annual wheel in early 2023 and use it in employee interviews.
