Personnel and collaboration between Deputy heads and Subject representatives

When HUV implemented the new organization in 2016, two Deputy heads were given personnel responsibility. Since then, all persons that work with research and teaching have either the Head of department or one of the Deputy heads as their nearest boss, and administrative personnel have the Head of administration. At the reorganization, we chose to allocate the personnel between the deputy heads, irrespective of what subject they were working within.

Last year, a minor review of the organizational structure was made. It was then found that it would be more efficient if the deputy heads worked with only a few of the Subject representatives, and not have personnel in all different subjects. We have therefore done a minor redistribution of the personnel and which Deputy head you have as the nearest boss. Since January 1st 2020, the distribution is:

Bengt-Ove Rustas is the nearest boss to the personnel who has the following Subject representatives:
- Anders Kiessling
- Birgitta Åhman
- Helena Wall
- Sigrid Agenäs

Ewa Wredle is the nearest boss to the personnel who has the following Subject representatives:
- Anna-Greta Haglund
- Horacio Gonda
- Leo Holtenius
- Torbjörn Lundh

Please note - there are a few exceptions where personnel have not changed the nearest boss - all who have changed boss have been told this in person!
