Groups

In Canvas you can organize you students in groups, so that students can share files, collaborate on an assignment and have groups discussions.

Members in a group get access to a "group room" reachable from "Groups" in the global menu (far left menu). Here students can see all groups that they are enrolled in so one tip is to name the group so it is clear which course it belongs to.

  • Sandbox (a test room where you can try the tools).
  • Create users missing in Canvas and not in Idis.
