On 30 January, the programme boards submitted their proposals for new and developed programmes. The proposals were presented orally at the forum meeting on 6 February. Here is a list of the proposals. The Board of Education conducted a preliminary review of the programme proposals on 13 February 2020.
On 20 March 2020, the management group and steering group for the programme portfolio development project (PPUP) submitted the report En programportfölj för framtiden – förslag om förändrat utbildningsutbud vid SLU (programme portfolio for the future – proposals regarding changing SLU's programme offering).
The report has been sent on a consultation round to the programme boards, faculty boards, affected divisions within the university administration, library and staff organisations. The report contains additional questions for various parties. Discussions with external stakeholders will be handled by the respective programme board. Student viewpoints will be handled by the respective programme board, faculty board as well as the Board of Education. Sluss will submit any missives from student unions to the Board of Education.
Responses from the consultation round must:
• have the following SLU ID: SLU ua 2020.1.1.2-1294;
• be sent in Word-format to UN-sekr@slu.se;
• sent in pdf-format to Registrator@slu.se;
• be submitted no later than 11.59pm on 30 April.
There have been two previous in-house consultation rounds.
The first focused on the proposed structural changes to some of the professional programmes, from 5 years to 3 + 2 years.
The second covered 11 proposals from the roadmap report on issues such as student-supporting activities, general principles for SLU's programme offering, new programme concepts, defining degree requirements, etc

The external stakeholders invited to the roundtable discussions within the doubling project could also submit written viewpoints. The consultation replies were used as supporting documents when the Board of Education discussed matters and made decisions on 16 May 2019.
