Goods reception

Goods reception in Ulls hus is managed by Service Ull and is located in the south-east part of Floor 1, Ulls gränd 1. We help people with consignments to and from Ulls hus.

Packages:

Is handled by SLUs central postal service. If the packages are not to big you can drop them/pick them up at your usual postbox room at your department.
If you want to sent larger sized packages contact the goods reception for help. Or you will be contacted by them if you are the receiver of the package.

Special deliveries:

If you need to send a parcel or samples that need special treatment:

We use a company – Your Special Delivery Service (YSDS).
Read the instructions below to learn how to send parcels and samples.

If you are the recipient of a parcel, you will be contacted by the staff in goods reception when the consignment arrives. 

N.B.
Consignments from the suppliers must be marked with the correct name/invoice reference and delivery address for you to receive your goods as quickly as possible.
Contact your supplier and check that the information they have is correct.
