Fault reports and service requests

REPORT FAULTS AND REQUESTS FOR SERVICE

You can submit a fault report if something is not working as it should in the building, e.g. lighting, access cards, cleaning, goods, damage, etc.
You can also submit requests for service.

If necessary, Service Ull will forward the matter to the landlord Akademiska Hus or to other central SLU functions.

NB. Only one matter per report is allowed.

If you want to report an error or need help with something, you must submit a report through our fault reporting system. Otherwise, there can be no follow-up.

NB.
Emergencies such as water leaks must be reported immediately to our landlord Akademiska Hus by phone 018-68 32 04 (day and night).

If you need to contact a security guard outside regular working hours, call 018-67 30 40.
