Competence groups

Last changed: 25 September 2023

Competence groups are established for engaged employees at the departments and units on Campus Alnarp, enabling them to contribute their knowledge and expertise to quality in both campus development and individual development projects.

Facts:

The composition of the competence groups is dynamic, and staffing may change over time.

In general, the staffing of competence groups should include broad representation across faculty and department boundaries. In specific cases where the theme affects certain parts of the operations, representation may be dominated by specific institutions. The employees in the competence groups are responsible for their own work.

The competence groups are established by the dean of the LTV faculty for a specific period, and the staffing of the groups is determined by the pro-dean in dialogue between relevant managers and SLUSS. The work in the competence groups is part of regular employment at the university.
